Frequently asked
Do you connect to my bank?+
No. YourLoop never connects to your bank or cards. You can add subscriptions manually, or optionally connect Gmail so we can find billing and renewal emails.
What happens if I connect Gmail?+
We request read-only access and only search for receipt-shaped mail. Messages are parsed in memory — we store extracted subscription metadata, not the email body. You can disconnect and revoke access anytime.
What currencies do you support?+
USD, EUR, GBP, and ILS today. Each subscription stores its own currency and totals are shown per-currency so nothing is silently converted.
Can YourLoop cancel a subscription for me?+
Every provider has a different cancellation flow, so we don't pretend to. YourLoop opens the provider's official cancel page in one click and lets you mark it cancelled afterwards.
Is my data safe?+
Yes. YourLoop runs on Supabase with Row Level Security enabled, meaning only you can read your own subscriptions — enforced at the database layer.
Do you have a mobile app?+
YourLoop is a responsive web app, so it works from your phone browser. A native app is on the roadmap but isn't blocking anything today.
